- Member of the C.I.S.D Pre-K cadre since 2004
- Participated on the C.I.S.D book adoption committee for Pebble Soup and Pearson OWL adoptions.
- Participated on the Pre-K report card committee and the Scope and Sequence for Pre-K
- Gave the following district level presentations to the Staff Development and Training committee:
-Pre-K Music Activities
-Pre-Writing and Writing
-Pre-K Age-Appropriate Classroom Management
-Make and Take Workshop
- Modeled classroom management, teaching strategies, lesson plan creation and best practices for teachers across the district who have been sent to my classroom for observation.
- Mentor in the Mentoring program for beginning teachers, subsidized by C.I.S.D
- Experience training student teachers

I have shared writing strategies and working word/vocabulary walls with colleagues.
